Ans Hooft is a Life Coach / Specialist Stress Counsellor / Career Coach from the Netherlands. After 20 years in HR and recruitment in The Netherlands, China and South Africa she decided to focus on one-on-one coaching. She is also a Senior Cross Cultural Trainer for the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) in Amsterdam and a friend of Lifeline, the anonymous English-language helpline in Shanghai.
