Latino films are, like, so hot right now. This year’s Oscars saw a couple Latinos taking the Oscar statue back home with them, and we’re super proud of that. We love movies, and we know our friends love them too. So what better way to celebrate this than to kick off our latest event series?
 

Once a month, we will be partnering up with our friends from Creater Space to hold a low-energy gathering to sip some drinks, have somesnacks, and watch some Latino pelis (movies) with your friends. In other words,the ultimate plan for a weeknight (without having to regret it the next morning).
 

For our first event, we will be showing the ultimate Mexican cult film Amores Perros (2000). If you’re not into reading movie synopsis, this is what you need to know: Mexico City, Gael Garcia Bernal(he’s in Coco too), and a intense story. For those of you into synopsis, here it goes:
